Zebra Setup Utilities - Install Printer

CASE

To install the Printer driver with Zebra Setup Utilities

ACTION

  1. Download & install “Zebra Setup Utilities” at any Windows-based PC
  2. Connect the Printer to the workstation (PC), via USB cable, LAN network or Bluetooth Connection.
  3. Inside the console below, click the button "Install New Printer"


  4. Click "Next" to continue;
  5. Select "Install New Printer" to continue;


  6. Select the Printer with "CPCL" type (Caution: NOT "ZPL") from the list on the right, and “Next” button to continue;


  7. Select the Ports option and "Next" button to continue;


  8. Uncheck the box “Launch installation of Zebra Font Downloader Setup Wizard” & click “Finish” button to continue;


  9. Driver & relative settings preparing in progress;


  10. After the Printer (driver) successfully installed, the console shows 1 new printer as below; and the Printer is ready for printing.
